On November 8, Tianfeng Securities organized a special seminar on equity incentive and tax planning for the new third board in Beijing to help enterprises develop. In this lecture, three main themes are deeply analyzed: equity incentive scheme and practice, tax risk management of new third board enterprises after the merger of national and local taxes, and tax structure planning of new third board enterprises under CRS.
